DropWire sends automated text messages to subscribers: one-time codes that verify your phone number, and drop alerts when the artists and brands you follow release or restock merchandise.

You opt in by creating an account in the DropWire app, entering your mobile number, verifying it with the code we text you, and choosing the artists or brands you want to follow. By doing so, you consent to receive recurring automated alerts at that number.

Frequency varies based on how many artists and brands you follow and how often they drop. We cap alerts at a small number per day per subscriber, so your phone is never flooded.

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. DropWire does not charge you for the text messages themselves.

Reply STOP to any DropWire text to stop SMS alerts. Reply HELP for help, or email support@dropwire.live. You can also manage or disable alerts at any time in the app.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
