Terms of Service

DropWire is a paid alert service that notifies you when the artists and brands you follow release or restock merchandise. Alerts are delivered on a best-effort basis. DropWire does not sell the merchandise and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the artists or brands it covers. Some links we send may be affiliate links.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use DropWire. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your phone number and credentials secure.

DropWire is offered as a paid subscription billed through our payment processor. Plan options and prices are shown in the app before you purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in the app; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated text alerts and verification codes from DropWire. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Messaging Terms and Privacy Policy for details.

• Do not resell, redistribute, or scrape DropWire alerts or data.
• Do not submit false reports or otherwise attempt to manipulate the fan-verification system.
• Do not use DropWire to break the law or to interfere with the service.

DropWire lets fans flag false alarms and confirm real drops. Reports must be made in good faith. We may weigh your reports based on your accuracy over time, and we may suspend accounts that abuse the system.

The DropWire name, app, and content are owned by Apex Technology LLC. Artist names, brand names, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the entities you can follow.

DropWire is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee that every drop will be detected, that alerts will arrive in time, or that an item will still be available when you receive an alert. Use DropWire at your own discretion.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apex Technology LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for missed drops, sold-out items, or any losses arising from your use of or inability to use DropWire. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

You may stop using DropWire and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or misuse the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Kansas, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Continued use of DropWire after a change means you accept the updated terms.
