We collect only what we need to deliver the alerts you ask for:

• Your mobile phone number and, if you provide one, your email address.
• The artists and brands you choose to follow.
• Device push-notification tokens, when you enable push alerts.
• Your subscription and payment status — we never store full card numbers; payments are handled by our payment processor.
• The false-alarm and verification reports you submit, which power our fan-verification feature.
• Basic technical and log data needed to operate and secure the service.

• To send the drop alerts you opt into, across SMS, push, email, and any private channel you connect.
• To send one-time codes that verify your phone number when you sign in.
• To operate the fan-verification feature and improve alert accuracy.
• To manage your subscription and provide customer support.

When you provide your mobile number and opt in, you consent to receive automated text messages from DropWire: a one-time verification code, and recurring drop alerts for the artists and brands you follow. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to cancel, or HELP for help.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in consent are never shared with third parties for their own marketing.

We share information only with the service providers that help us run DropWire — for SMS delivery, email delivery, push notifications, and payment processing. These providers may use your information only to perform services for us, under contract, and not for their own purposes. We may also disclose information when required by law.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, meet legal and billing obligations, and resolve disputes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing support@dropwire.live.

• SMS: reply STOP to cancel text alerts at any time; reply START to resume.
• Push, email, and private-channel alerts: manage or disable them in the app.
• Account data: view, update, or request deletion from within the app or by email.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and limit access to it.

DropWire is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will remove it.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page.
